POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

1) Once received, your order is then placed in our queue.  At busy times we can take up to 48 hours to process your order but this is normally done the same working day.

Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the following Monday.

Postage normally takes place on the same working day the order is processed or ocassionally on the next working day.

2) All orders are mailed from UK.

3) We offer free shipping to the UK.

4) Orders to the UK below £20 are mailed by free Royal Mail First Class.

5) Orders to the UK over £20 and below £75 are mailed by free Royal Mail Recorded Delivery™.

6) Orders to the UK over £75 are mailed by free Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm)™.

7) Postage upgrades can be bought. However, when "Next Day Delivery" is stated this means from the day of posting, and not the day of purchase. On most days, orders made before 10.00 am are posted on the same day

8) European orders are no longer come with free shipping.  They can be posted by either Air Mail or Recorded Airmail, which is insured and requires a signature.  All European order over £20 must be posted by Recorded Airmail so that the value of the parcel is insured in case of loss.

9) Orders to all other countries are sent by either Air Mail or Royal Mail International Signed For™ (Recorded Airmail) .

10) Replacements will only be sent out when claims are made within 30 days from the order's submission.  We will not be able to send replacements for orders older than 30 days.
